Condensation in Heater?

Hello,

I'm pretty sure this is not at all normal...I attached a not so great photo, you can kind of see it towards the middle of the heater near the black part.....kind of odd!

That seems to be a typical occurrence with that brand of heater.

Best practice would be to replace it... however, im broke so i am just ignoring mine and hoping for the best until i can get a better one.
