corrie question

why is it that i have seen some corries which i swear are like a FAT! 4 inches while the ones ive kept are small posibly 1.5 inches tops. What do i need to do to really beef up these corries. do i need to buy them already full size?

i dont know there may be many reasons, but for many fw fish imbreeding has caused them to be smalller and deformed. this is especially prevelent in angels
