Cory catfish

My cories don't swim just at the bottom of the tank. They swim all over up and down. Is this normal?

How long have you had your cories for? How large is your tank and what tankmates are they with? If they're just settling in, this could be normal behavior, just watch for any unusual behaviors

I've had them for less than a week in a 20 g tank with 2 mollies

Mine swim all I've as well. Think it's ok. They're health and happy. They spawn all the time so can't be to bothered. Mine are panda corys. What are yours?

my corys (green, aneus) in my fifty five generally stick to the bottom of my tank. but they do go and gulp air at the top. I think that is normal behavior for a lot of corys. they also sometimes just swim through the tank on occasion.

Some times 1 or 2 of my albinows will swim up and down the glass for 5 or 10 minutes. Fun to watch though. .

Man, I miss my bronze corys. They did that all the time, were such fun to watch. Up and down and up and down along the glass, especially in the corners.
