Just wanted to know if Could I add a Female Betta to my Kribensis tank ?
Because I think i mgiht try to breed them in my spare tank while I have no fry so I need a spare tank to house her for when I eventaully get fry.

I wouldn't do it. I have Kribs and I have Bettas. If your Kribs decide to spawn the Betta will want to eat the fry and the Kribs will defend them to the death. I think it could be a disaster.

Agreed. Kribs become very aggressive before, during, and after breeding. I've had them chase a full grown SAE out of the tank, and kill two rummy nose tetra. As soon as they look like they may breed, they should be all by themselves.

i have a female betta in a 25g with 1 krib and they're fine..they ignore each other completely. I have no idea what would happen with a pair

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just saw a tank with female Kribs and a male betta together at the LFS. :D
