Look like scratches to me.. If those were cracks they wouldnt be straight like that, and you would feel them with a finger nail easy. Looks like micro scratches on the outside of the glass since it goes where the silicon is.
I wouldnt worry about it.. comes with having fish tanks.. All my tanks have scratches everywhere mostly on the bottom where the gravel is, mostly the old tanks that are 10+ years old
