crayfish species?

I'd love if someone could help me figure out the species of my crayfish. I dont know any species names for crayfish, but mine both started out a tanish color, and now the female is tanish on the bottom and rusty on the top, and my male is a very pale blue.

one of my blue crayfish has that colour as well. . .but i think after it molded last week, it turned light blue. ..has your crayfish mold lately ???

my crayfish both molted about a month ago and they're quite large so maybe they're done molting. I know once scorpions have reached their adult size they stop molting, but I'm not sure if thats the same for crayfish. Either way, my blue crayfish turned white-ish after he molted like 8 months ago, and then he quickly became blue and has been a really pretty blue color ever since.
