Curiously Friendly fish..

I brought home a female swordtail mickey mouse fish... unsuspectingly to a male (( Didnt realize at the time.. )) and let them settle. when i woke up the next day at five in the morning to go to school i noticed they were being curiously friendly. Atfirst i thought they were nipping eachother.. But they werent doing that.. Any thoughts.. -.-;;; Do fish usually get friendly that fast... With other kinds of fish in the tank.... (( .. applying that fish mind that and such X.X! ))

thats pretty fast but i wouldnt put ut past any common live bearer
