My readings are currently ammonia 0 nitrite 2.0ppm and nitrate 10ppm.

Where am I in cycling process an what shall I do next?

Also final stocking for a 90L, would 13 endler guppies, 3 platies, 5 lamp eyes and a Cory be ok? Could I have more?

Is this the new tank with fish or another tank? If there's fish in there do some water changes to get that nitrite lower. It's hard to say where you are without more info.

New tank but transferred some of old filter media and all old substrate.
