Dalmation/Marble Molly attacking?

The black and white marble Molly keeps following our new Red Sunset Molly. We can't tell if he's being mean or what. Mainly he keeps rubbing up against the red sunset (no clear signs of nipping). Also he keeps putting his mouth near the bottom of the red sunset Molly. We are unsure of the sexes. Also we aren't sure, can these mollies mate?

Males will harrass the female mollie its common breeding behavior. Im not sure without a video but maybe you can youtube "molly breeding behavior" and see if it matches what you got going on. Also it may be poor picture quality but your water looks a bit cloudy. Wouldnt hurt to test your water and make sure you havent kicked up a mini cycle.
