Deciding on which bottom feeder fish food to use

i have cory cats and was looking for a good food to feed them, besides what they pick up as leftovers. right now i feed them Omega One Shirmp pellets. but shuld i also use Omega One spirulina disks or the Bio Blend ones??

Use all of them to give them a varied diet and give them some bloodworms every few days they love it :P

i use some Hikari algae discs, there are two different types, bigger one for the pleco and smaller one for the cories, but my fish all "share" lol... so i use both as well as shrimp pellets almost daily, because i have snails too... so they clean up all the excess.

I've used all the brands/types of foods mentioned. Corys also love crushed par-boiled peas.
