Desert gobies

Hi I've been trying to breed my desert gobies, I'm using PVC piping at the moment. The male loves it and spend all his time in there fanning his in but it's been about 3 weeks and still no babies, can anyone give me tip and any other information on these wonderful fish I would like to learn more about them
