Detritus worm or Planaria
Can anyone identify? Heard that detritus worms are harmless but Planaria are dangerous.

PS hahaha I know my aquarium glass needs a clean.
And my water is yellow from tannins

Not easy to tell from a few pixels. Planaria has a triangular head.
