Hi, ive currently got 4 discus, i know they're better in odd numbers, so i've fallen in love with one other discus in my LFS... i was wondering how i'd go about introducing him into the established tank? .. my LFS say i should turn lights off for 24 hours and just release him (after aclimatization) and let what happen.. hapen cause the pecking order is going to be re established now, noway to avoid it?

Rearrange everything so the territories are all outta wack. Then make sure the ones in the tank are well fed. Then turn the lights off after floating and dripping him and let him for just like he said for about 24 hours without the lights on
