Discus water flow

Hey y'all....I am thinking of going back to discus again, but it has been awhile. I need a little refresher. Gotta a new 65g and I have two AC 110's. Would that be too much of a current? If I recall correctly, discus don't like a lot of water flow.

I think running both together would be a bit too much. They're somewhere around a 500gph turnover rate I think. You could always start with both and judge it from there. Also it would depend on you're stocking levels, size, feeding and WC schedule, substrate, or BB, etc.
