I've started diversifying my food in all my tanks. Depending on the type of fish, I may alternate between bloodworms and flakes (guppies, neons etc.) and the cichlids get NLS some nights, flakes, peas and live earthworms other nights.
I also started buying different flakes to add diversity although I'm still not sure about the difference in flakes.
