DIY tank stand

Need a cheap sturdy stand I could make at home for A 40 breeder. Any ideas?

i like to make stands out of already existing objects. if you have a table or desk or can find one you can reinforce it with wood. i would also look on craigslist for one. i found a 55 gal stand for $25.

Cinder blocks work good with a sturdy piece of wood and you can spray paint them! Jmo, and theyre usually cheap

I emailed the guy about the stand and he got back to me really fast and said he already has a buyer! Bummer

When you stacked the cinder blocks aren't they wobbly?

you could do a basic 2x4 frame structure. then if you really wanted you could finish it with plywood and then trim it
