does anyone collect mosquito larva for fish food?

i just put out two big containers to collect fresh larva for my fish. i was wondering if anyone else does it and if so what do you treat them with if anything.

Thanks alot i know thats what my koi eat in my pond but was worried with my angels. I looked it up and alot of people do it and is a great conditioner for breeding
