Does anyone have a biotope tank?

Does anyone out there have a biotope tank? Is it specific to your region?

I'm moving to Florida in a couple years, and would LOVE to do a freshwater biotope. Just looking for some inspiration.

I keep "Terraphyte" tanks. Very similar to tanks that mimic specific regions of the world. My tanks mimic the northwestern part of the US where forests grow near the rivers where the salmon spawn. The trees root system grows near the rivers to use the nutrients produced when the salmon spawn and die in the water. These are some of the cleanest rivers in the world.
