I have a black and white beta and I feed him Nutrafin max color enhancing flakes..... I don't think I'm going crazy....but there seems to be more black showing up on the tips of his white fins. I stare at him a lot (lol! He's pretty! !) Is it possible the food is doing this? Or maybe he's just growing up and changing or something haha.

Food definitely has an impact on color. As to the specifics of that particular brand I cannot attest... But proper nutrition will manifest itself in healthier fish with more vibrant coloration.

Woot! How exciting! Lol it looks like he drug his fins thru an ink well...haha how crazy would it be if he turned completely black!!
