Does my german blue ram have ick

My Gbr has been scratching himself On the gravel but has no white spots

Could be the start of ick or could be water parameters. Either way I would do 50% water change add salt and raise the temperature to about 84 -86 degrees.

Don't waste money on ick treatment they rarely work. temperature and salt has worked best for me.
