Does this exist?

I'm looking for a small bottom dweller for my 6.6. Something that will stay on the bottom away from my female beta. Most corys and other bottom dwellers need a bigger tank from what I've been able to determine.

I have thought about shrimp, but they are still too food-like for me to consider as a pet.

maybe the pygmy cory but cories like to have companions so it's best to get 3 or 4 at least and that is quite a small tank for them. i think the best option is a couple amano shrimp. they get to 2" max and would help eat any algae or leftover food although they wouldnt stop an algae out break.
