dwarf gourami issue

ok well today i noticed my dwarf gourami has like a tiny bump next to his mouth.dont know what it could be and maybe if it may go away or grow bigger.has anyone encountered something similar on there dwarf gouramis?

i just tried taking pics but my camera seems to sux cuz the bump seems too hard to see. i can describe it i guess of what it looks like, its like a tiny pimple looking bump right next to its mouth.the bump is like half smaller than this smiley icon -->
