Dwarf Puffer isn’t enthusiastic about snails?

I got an aDORABLE dwarf puffer who is very active and is CONSTANTLY prowling through plants and rock and picking at things. I’ve put 2 small bladder snails in and he seems have no interest in them I feed him once a day frozen blood worms. I got him on Monday (4 days ago) for the first 3 days he ate half a bloodworm, today he ate 1 and 1/2 worms! It seems he is still warming up to his new surroundings, which is my primary hypothesis as to why he is not actively killing and eating the snails. Just wanted thoughts thanks!!

Thanks for the reply! I’ll give him time, tomorrow is my fish room’s fasting day so perhaps he will get hungry and impatient fingers crossed haha!
