dwarf puffers

currently i have 1 dp with 3 otos, and 2 khuli loaches in a ten gal tank. im thinking of adding one more dp to the tank but am worried that he will get picked on or pick on the others. if i do get one how should i introduce them? any other tips? thanks!

dwarf puffers are known to pick on other fish. i've heard they will go after much bigger fish and nip them pretty much to death. i think they do best when they are in a species tank by themselves. just one in a 10 gal. should be fine.
