Eggs attached to driftwood?

Hi everyone,
Iím new to this forum. I have a 20 gallon long planted tank (newly cycled) with 12 white cloud minnows and 6 cherry red shrimp. Just the other day I spotted what appears to be tiny silvery colored eggs suspended to the driftwood. I donít believe these eggs are from the fish or shrimp but wanted to get a readout from the others, especially if they are unwanted snail eggs. I could be wrong and they might not even be eggs!

*Think* it's just biofilm with *stuff* caught in it, not snail eggs

Ah thanks. I think you may be right as it’s dissipated somewhat.
