Can an Electric Blue Lobster survive in 86F Degree Temp. I'm trying to kill the ick parasites.

probably,electric blues are normally from australia or florida,so are more heat resistent than most crays

can he be rehomed for a week?? even if its not pretty... that may be a better option...

I have one and have treated for ich once with heat and the lobster showed no ill effects. Heat was up to 86 F for almost 2 weeks.

I`d be careful about it. The most important thing is slowly raising the temperature 1 degree f every 12 hours would be optimal just dont rush it the heat might not kill him but the sudden temperature change might. Ask your lfs if they`d rehome him for a week. Best of luck,
