Whats the minimum tank size for an electric blue ram? Do they need to be kept singly, or as a pair? And are they good in a community tank?

They're just a color morph of the normal GBR.
Minimum 20 gallons, can be in pairs or solo, fine in a community setting.

Like aqua said a minimum of 20g, also if you get a pair and they reproduce make sure you have plenty of hiding spots and a good cave or two, rams are very defensive and territorial after breeding
