Everyone eats?

Hi all

I have 16 Cichlids and one Pleco in my 110 gal tank. I feel like the more dominant ones get all the food. Is there any way to get food to those who are more timid? I am feeding them New Life Spectrum Cichlid Formula pellets and the occasional frozen brine shrimp.

1) 3 X Hybrid Peacock = Omnivore?
2) 2 X White Tail Acei = Omnivore (Veg)
3) 1 X Bumblee Bee = Omnivore
4) 2 X Zebra = Omnivore
5) 1 X Electric Blue Ahli = Carnivore
6) 1 X Yellow Lab = Omnivore
7) 1 X Jewel Cichlid (SM I know)= Omnivore
8) 2 X Mbuna Cichlid? = Omnivore
9) 1 X Red Peacock = Omnivore
10) 1 X Kribensis = Omnivore
11) 1 X Pleco = Omnivore
12) 1 X Auratus = Omnivore (Veg)

Total = 17

Try to feed them a little bit more when you put it in your hand, make sure it's almost all over the tank so every fish gets a chance to get some if you put the food in just one spot the fish more dominant will get the food just put the food in your hand put your hand in the water and just mix the food around in the water
