Feeding patterns

I am curious to know other peoples feeding patterns. I was feeding daily and then having a fast day. I have been doing a bit of research about how to care for my fish when I go away in a couple of weeks. The general consensus is that the fish will be perfectly fine to go the week without food, so I thought from now on I will feed every other day using the same amount I used to on a daily basis. This way the fish should still be fine and I eliminate the chance of over feeding and save on food not that saving food is a major concern. If anyone has any input I would be grateful

Sounds good to me. I only feed when I remember to lol I have had fish go a week before then wait another week.
