Yes its a catfish about 3" long and it is going for $8. Looks pretty odd to me,but alot of catfish do.

Lol. It's up to you if you wanna get it or not. Catfish are somewhat oddball but not too much.....

I did some research on the banjo catfish. Im going with that beacause they only grow to about 6".

Ok cool . Banjos are more oddball than syndotis IMO. Your lfs has them?

There are a lot more than one petco in NYC :p. Also try some private lfs since they usually have rarer fish than chain stores. You live in NYC?

Live in brooklyn but im in the city all the time. I know of the petco on 86st.
and 14st. I talked to my fish guy today and hes looking into it for me.

Ok cool. In in jersey but my dad works at NYC every day. Haven't gone to any pet stores in NYC though lol. Tell me how it goes when you get the cat .
