Fighting guppies!

I have had 2 large female guppies together for ages. First in a pond and then in a tank. They were both pregnant. I recently separated them into 2 different tanks and when I put them back together after the blue one had babies in the fry tank she started attacking the yellow one ( Who might still be pregnant - not sure as her Gravid spot is still dark but she isn’t fat any more) i separated them again by putting the “Maybe still pregnant “ one Back in the fry tank in a breeder box, but I can’t keep her here. What should I do??
