Filter and Lighting for Tall Aquarium

Hello all,

I am getting a 25 G tall aquarium and I want to know what is the best kind of filter and lighting to get for it.

I want to add living plants and I understand that with a small surface area of water that aeration of the water is important. I also want the light to filter down to the bottom of the aquarium and I understand this is more difficult with a tall tank.

i would get a aqua clear 50 for it. as for as light for plants do you want low light or med light? i would look into a t5 set up or very least a cf fixture.
