fish compatibilty

could dwarf gouramis and paradise fish be in the same tank as a betta. An example of a tank im my book has them together. But in my experience the gouramis killed the betta and nipped his beautiful fins....so sad

With these fish, YMMV. Personally, I would not put them together.

I wuld not put a betta with a paradise fish, a betta with a gourami, or a paradise fish with a gourami....99% of the time the combo is deadly for at least one fish.
