I recently lost my last 2 wcmm. Not sure if old age or tank related. They approx 18 month old when died. Tank been up and running for over a year. 20g with 4 platys, 7 adf and 4 platy fry in breeder net. I usually do a 20% pwc a week but just done a 50% pwc and filter rinse.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your minnows. They usually tolerate water conditions pretty well, and your tests look pretty normal, so I doubt it was tank-related unless one of your other parameters is really out of whack. Eighteen months doesn't seem like old age for them. Were they behaving normally before you lost them?

Yeah they were fine. They died like 3 days apart too. No signs of illness either
