Fish died from odd spot/wound.

Obviously the fish died and I’m positive it’s from whatever is on it’s body. What is it?

If that is a cardinal I would look at columnaris . If it is not fuzzy it is bacterial IMO.
If it is a neon NTD is an option.
Cardinals are said to be resistant to NTD.

Yes, it was a cardinal tetra and I didn’t want to touch it so I’m not sure if it was fuzzy, but from looking at it it didn’t look like it.
