Does it REALLY matter that I have been giving my tropical fish goldfish flakes? They came with my tank and the last couple months I have been subbing in dried blood worms about once a week, and algae wafers for the bottom dwellers. They don't really seem to go for the zuchini I tried to give them a few times. I noticed they are a lot cheaper for the big container and the ingredients don't really look that much different than the tropical flakes. Any opinions?

IMO New Life Spectrum is by far the best fish food out there right now. IME if a fish eats it, it is the ONLY thing they need.

You are right, many companies change little more than the artificial colors and packaging from one food to another.
