Fish foods

I’m just curious what kind of foods does everyone feed there fish. I’ve been feeding some random flakes my dad gave me, frozen brine shrimp and bloods worms, some omega one cichlids pellets. I wanna try some omega one flakes cause my neons spit out the flakes I have now, I am also curious in the fluval big bites tropical, and pleco sticks. Maybe some new life spectrum. I just want to make sure my neons get fed cause they really only seem interested in frozen foods

Try Omega one mini pellets for your neons. I've found they like this better than flake.
