Fish ID Please

Hi everyone been a while since I was last on here so apologies if this is in the wrong place, could someone help me ID this little guy, he was in the bag with around 20 neon tetra and can't remember what else was in the tank at the LFS cheers in advance

Scarlet badis, awesome fish wish I had some.

Scarlet Badis. May not eat flakes. Try crushing some up.

Mine ate frozen Baby Brine Shrimp, some crushed Hikari micro pellets and some crushed Omega One Color flakes. They like heavily planted tanks and prefer live food.

Very cute fish. Peaceful except to other Scarlet Badis and prey. Mine lived in my Shrimp tank and snacked on the new born RCS Shrimplets.

Plants are just starting out should fill in shortly for a nice carpet feel quite sorry for the little fella
