Fish id (possibly tetra/rainbow fish)

first picture is of a cory cat and the other looks like a tetra of sorts, here is a page for you to reference for a better ID Tetra Fish: Neon Tetras, Cardinal Tetras and other Fish Varieties

I meant just the tetra looking one sorry. But the more i look at him he looks like a tetra. Fast, active looks similar to other tetras. The first picture is also him. He has a red stomach with a yellow trim

It's a pearl or panther danio. I have several in each my tank. The pearls don't have vertical lines - might be a mix of the two. The fish behind the cat is a leopard danio. Possibly the glowlight variant. In any case, he's definitely a danio.

Glowlight danios aren't illegal. Glofish are. Well its illegal to sell them in CA anyways

Glowlight danio for sure. Very peaceful species.
