The 2 kinds are very different, what you have are Pepered cories (more great, larger, adults are 3") scientific name is Corydoras Palaetus.

Salt and pepper cories(also called dainty cories) are much smaller(1-1.5"), and more brown in color. Corydoras Habrous.

I've seen them, they look pretty cool just 3x as much as the regular finned kind you should get some!
