7:40 Dornwelse, but don't know what that would be in English. That's the German name

1:50- I'd say peacock bass, the other is one fat catfish. Guessing from the previous post it could be a wells catfish.

It is a wells. "Dorn" means thorn... Maybe if you google Thorn Wells...?!
