fish native to Phillipines....

I have a friend that I'm setting a tank up for. He wants fish native to the Phillipines as his wife is from there. I need to know of tropical freshwater fish that are native to the Phillipines and would be suitable for a 29 gallon tank. Thanks.

haha, very strange question, but i've got a link to a site that lists different types of biotypes. You can select a biotype by country, river or lake, etc....

anyways, heres the link and the list of the fish you can chose is on the right side, and goes very far down (i didnt reallize there were so many there) and you can click on the name of the fish to go to info about it i think

http://fish.mongabay.com/data/Philippines.htm

hope this helps

Wow, what a fascinating site. They even list plants too.

I feel a theme tank coming on. And I was almost over my MTS too!
