Do as close to a 100% wc as possible. Make sure you temperature match & properly condition the water. Wait 1/2 hr & retest your nitrites & see where they are. Don't be surprised if they don't drop much. Check your nitrates as well. Then skip the amm & see how your nitrites & nitrates look in 24hrs & we can go from there.
