Ive just takin the shrimp out as ammonia had reached 4ppm and i noticed these bubbles, they cant be soap, any ideas as what they are?

nothing to worry about, typical of a fishless cycle and is because of the high ammonia

How long before the bubbles go?

once your cycle is complete the bubbles should go away after a good water change
