Flake Foods

Does anyone know the process for making your own flake foods. Just curious if it can be done.

I didn't know you could create your own 'flake foods' as such, but I know that in general, fish will enjoy and benefit from plenty of nice homemade stuff.
Mine enjoy cucumber and lettuce, greatly, but this needs to be broken down and as natural as possible.

I think ReefRunner69 posted a large article on a recipe he used a few months back, I'm sure he'll post the link. 8)
