Fluval ??

Anyone have a 406? What's up with the water current? Jeeeeze..... Fish are thrown around ..... no way to fix that ?
I have it on a 40 gallon, put all my old media from HOB in it to save BB, but I'm not liking it so much.
I have Cory's, upside down cat, pictus, and elephant nose..... Turned off extra air stones in there. Have to turn off Fluval to feed them ....

I'm stupid found a spray bar for 406

Hi yes use the spray bar,instead of pointing into the tank point it towards the back off the tank so the water is deflected in all directions and hence much reduced directional flow
