Food for Bolivian Rams

I was wondering what food you recommend for them... right now all I have is flakes and I want to get something better for them. What do you think?
I saw a lot of different kinds. For example, Hikari Cichlid Gold and Cichlid Staple. Which One?

Please help me decide... I really want to find some good food for them. They are in a twenty gallon long with some glowlight tetras.

When I had my rams in a smaller tank, I fed them NLS Thera-A Community pellets. Now that they're in a community with mostly small schoolers, they eat the NLS small pellets I give my tetras and rasboras. They also get frozen food 2-3 times a week.
