I have a question in regards to feeding discus and german blue rams. I currently have rams and neon tetras in my 80 gallon tank with hopes of getting discus soon. I have been using spirulina flake food and they have been eating it like crazy. I also have NLS cichlid formula on hand and freeze dried blood worms as well. Should I be using those? I have them from a couple months ago when I kept african cichlids.

Also any frozen/live foods that you suggest would be great.

Water pars:
ammonia:0
nitrite:0
nitrate:5-10
ph: 7.6
...just incase you wanna know :)

I also use spiraluna flake, but once a week they get a nice brine shrimp Popsicle.it's like sugar to a kid. I'm looking at getting frozen blood worms also. I also have pellets I use from time to time with color enhancers. My neons and GBR'S love it.
