Food question?

I have some left over chiclid pellets from when i had an oscar. Would it be ok for me to crush them up and feed them to my guppy fry. It is a very high protein food so i am thinking it would help them grow? I usually feed them crushed flakes and eggs but I don't just want the chiclid food to go to waste.

Most fish food is very similar in formula so yeah I think that would be fine.
