Found a worm in my tank

Hey all, I was doing a gravel vacuum today in my fighting fish tank and had found this worm and it got sucked up into the vacuum, I was just wondering if anyone would know what it is or if I should be concerned about it, thank you

I just did some research on it and realized it must be a blood worm
